It is always a chore to keyword the photos. With CSPA, it becomes a game! The words are all referenced in a dictionary. So if you make a correction or a change on a word, all the photos referencing this word will have the change instantly. Also, why typing so many time the same things? In CSPA a word can contain itself a pack of words: for example, if you have the keyword "ski", you can also associate it the sub words "snow, sport, slope, skiing..." Finally, CSPA will automatically search the best keywords from the description of the photo. So if your description contains the word "ski", the keyword that contains the most sub words will be added. With CSPA you can keyword your photos in few seconds. And of course, you can still keyword multiple photos if they are similar.

Batch upload

All stock photos site contributors know how laborious it is to connect to each site ftp and drop the photos for each of them. With CSPA, just select the photos you want to upload and the sites you want to send them to. The photos will be exported with all the keywords and following the site rules (the maximum number of words, the case, the way to join multiple words...) The major sites are already pre-configured with their rules and parameters, you just have to enter your login info and start to upload!

With CSPA you can track your sales globally or per site and have numbers like the sales per day or your incomes per day. But you can also track the incomes for a specific folder: you can set an objective to each folder and follow day after day the global sales for this specific folder.

Organization

In CSPA you can arrange your photos in your own tree, regardless of the physical location of your photos on your disk. Each folder can have its own incomes objectives. To easily find your photos, CSPA includes an advanced search engine to find photos by their description, title, keywords or sites identifiers. You can also create your own search filters once to group several criteria and run the filter to find the desired photos.
